KEVIN CHARLES

Kevin's background in customer care runs deep. Having focused most of his career overseeing large contact center operations in the Philippines, Kevin oversees all international operations, compliance and performance for Buwelo. Kevin is a data guy who keeps his fingers on the pulse of Buwelo quality and productivity Kevin via Buwelo proprietary analytics as well as staying actively engaged with his team and the Buwelo workforce.

Kevin lives in Hawaii and travels regularly to the Philippines. Kevin has also engaged in several charitable operations focused on improving the lives of those in the communities in which he lives and works as well as providing a better quality of life and enhanced education and healthcare for poor as well as orphaned Philippine children.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys hiking, spending time on the beautiful beaches of Hawaii, a love of exotic cars and music.
